At HPA, we want to provide the best options for fans to park near Dunkin’ Park. For your convenience, we have public metered parking throughout the stadium’s vicinity. Please be aware of the signs posted near the stadium for regulations, maximum parking allowed, no standing/no stopping, times and days parking permitted, and more. 

HPA also manages surface lots that accommodate parking for Dunkin’ Park event attendees. The lots that are accessible are listed below. 

• 275 Windsor St – This surface lot, handicap lot and garage is managed by the Hartford Parking Authority.  This lot will be primarily intended for parking for Hartford Yard Goats games through the 2024 season and beyond. The garage has four (4) levels of parking including the roof.
• 479 Ann Uccello St – High St. Lot – This surface parking lot is often referred to as the “High St Lot”. It is located across the street from the Hartford Public Safety Complex at 253 High St.
• 426 Ann Uccello St – San Juan Lot – This surface parking lot is often referred to as the “San Juan Lot”. It is located at the intersection of Main St and Pleasant St, with an additional entrance on Ann Uccello St. 
• 55 Chapel St South – MAT Garage – The MAT garage is located right next to Hartford Stage and is the primary parking location for attendees. The garage has five (5) levels of parking including the roof.
