The Hartford Parking Authority offers on-street parking reservations throughout the City for the convenience of its residents, businesses, and visitors.
Reservations requests may be submitted using the form below. Reservations are generally accepted on a first-come, first-served basis if approved. However, the HPA maintains the right to revise or cancel a reservation at its discretion.
The cost for a parking reservation is determined by the location, duration, and number of spaces requested. Payment for a reservation must be made at least three days in advance of the date of the reservation and may be processed via credit/debit card or ACH/wire transfer.

A reservation may only be approved where safe, legal parking exists.
A reservation for handicap designated parking spaces may only be used by individuals with a valid handicap placard.
Reserved parking is still subject to all other City parking regulations, including snow bans.

Snow Parking Ban
A snow parking ban will be in effect throughout the City of Hartford beginning at 8:00pm on Saturday, January 24th and ending at 6:00pm on Monday, January 26th.
During a snow parking ban, all on-street parking is prohibited throughout the City of Hartford. Any vehicles not removed from City streets by the start of the parking ban will be ticketedand/ortowed.
