The Hartford Parking Authority is proud to introduce one of its partners at the Hartford Police Department – Kady!

Kady was donated by Puppies Behind Bars, a NY based nonprofit organization. She is a facility dog for the Hartford Police Department specializing in Officer Wellness, Peer Support, Community Outreach, and Victim Services. To see what she’s up to, you can follow Kady’s Instagram account here.
